Okay, i'm posting (:
First let me declare that I have a black bruise, torn skin on my fingers and a toe that was bent the wrong way, so my post wont be that happy. ><
Umm... about a week ago, during judo training, some old boys came back to train with us, the lowly secondary school students =) One of them used to be from Hwa Chong but decided to come train with us. Maybe our training is better? :P
But all three of them were blackbelts and SEA Games players! Wah ><"
And as the training session went on, I slowly noticed something different about one of the seniors. I watched him for a while more, and I realised that he wasn't able to talk...
And he's a blackbelt and a player for Singapore in the SEA games. I'm perfectly fine and I complain about trainings... what kind of crap am I?
On a happier note, I went to watch Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire with Phoebe, Si Hui, and Erik (:. It was my second time watching :P
I was told to wait at the Century Square LJS at 12.20, but Erik and Phoebe arrived at 12.25 and Si Hui was at the Tampines Mall LJS ><
So we went to the Tampines Mall LJS to meet Si Hui, found out that it was full, and so we went back to the Century LJS again ._.
all three of them ordered combos but i was kinda stupid and ordered something less commonly bought... lets just say my food was longer in coming..
but I still finished first (:
Halfway through eating, we saw Shanin walking outside LJS with her mother.
By the time we finished eating, it was already 3 minutes past the starting time of the show >_< but there's always 15 minutes or more of commercials, so we made it with plenty of time to catch the Chicken Little commercial! (: So darn funny...
Watching the movie the second time, I managed to pick up some things I hadnt noticed before... (:
But still, I think the movie was too... compressed >< and its not as scary as i thought it would be ): I cant decide whether thats good or not...
Erik got traumatised, so I gave her a FurryBear Pill (:
On our way down to the cinema exit, there's an advertisement for one of Jack Neo's movies and there's a St.Hilda's Primary School uniform in it... anyone noticed? :P
The girls went to the music shop to look at guitars, and, I, um, followed. Since I dont know anything about guitars, I was kind of blur >< But the guitars were very shiny! :)) Oh, and more expensive than i expected.
Then I got pulled along to take Neoprints.. I managed to use my amazin disappearing skills for the first four photos, but after that Erik's sharp eyes spotted me and I got dragged in :P

Haven't blogged for a while now.
Last week, I went to the McDonald's at TM for lunch with my father and brother. Of course, I was the one ordering food ._.
The person taking my order was a woman, so naturally I assumed my stoned expression and tone of voice :(
I couldnt help but noticing that there seemed to be an unusually high amount of female employees. Really couldnt help noticing lor. So I looked at every single employee in the Mac uniform and amazing!!! All of them were female... I was wondering why for a while, then I figured that it must be either
a) there were some male employees at first but they got scared away by their fellow employees
b) the manager likes female employees
So I asked my bro whether he thought the manager was a man or a woman, and he considered it gravely and answered that you could argue it both ways.
I agree :)
And... on Wednesday, I went back to St.Hilda's to help out in the p1 orientation. The email sent to me said that the briefing would start at 3pm sharp, so I hurried there to be on time, only to find out that the briefing wouldnt start until about 3.15 >_<
Met up with GuoWei and Nigel and JianYang. As usual, the boys and girls were in two different groups and standing a respectful distance away from each other.
I spent most of the time until the briefing trying to blend into the wall =/. Unfortunately, my black shirt didnt blend in well with the white wall, so we got spotted by Mrs Nazima, who came over and said stuff like 'how are you now?' and 'You've grown taller!'
Not trying to be rude but, hey, of course I've grown taller... not shorter ><
Then she concluded with something like 'you should smile more, ZhengYi! You look so handsome when you smile :)'
...yeah right.
Then Mrs Jo came over and said 'Hey! Why didn't you come and greet me?' In a mock angry tone.
Why is everyone targeting me :'(
But she was joking lah. I think ><
Then she also told me to smile more.
Maybe she was joking about that too (:
yeah.. so the briefing started at 3.15 and everyone got divided into two groups...
I got put into the second group together with GuoWei Nigel JianYang and some other guy. We were supposed to wait in the library and help the teachers who would come in later to shade some forms or something...sounded boring =/
Then the teachers came in and we met Wang Laoshi, Chen Laoshi and Mr Ang :)
They were all like 'wah, so guai ar, come back to help'
of course ((:
but then we never got to help them, because Ms Josephine Tan saw us and exercised her imperial power, sending us off to assist the teachers who were in charge of the future p1 classes.
GuoWei, responsible fellow that he is, immediately found a teacher and offered his help. Nigel exercised his charisma and went to help Ms Zahira. For me, useless freak that I am, I stoned in the middle of the canteen and wondered how I should approach a teacher.
I ended up with the Ms Joyce Tan, in charge of the future 1/3
The p3 prefects were very friendly (: I hope to meet them again =/ I think I smiled a lot more than usual that day :D
Must exercise restraint ><
Something to mention... all of the prefects with GuoWei's class were boys. All three prefects with my class were girls.
Why was it like that? .____.
Not that I mind (:
I wonder what the first group was doing at that time.
Nothing else much to say la. Just that I had to give out some forms to the future p1s, and some of them had names that I didnt know how to pronounce ): and some didnt want to raise their hands when I called their names ):
Oh yeah... during the tour around the school, we passed through the p6 project decorated room. So creative!!!! I would never be able to come up with something like that =/
My meis werent there... I know Kelly left just a few minutes before I arrived ;_;
During the tour, the only person I saw from the first group was Pauline. I still dont know what she was doing though ><
At the end of everything, the little kiddies said 'Thank you korkor, May God Bless You!'
Awww... so touched (:
My reward for that day was a three-pack of Ferrero Roche :) YUM. I shall save it for a time when I'm not sick.
GuoWei was getting fetched home, and Sarah Chong went another way, so I went home alone.
